| Groove On Enfield, 2003-2004 This project followed groups of children through from Junior School to Secondary, and was designed to support children's music making through this transition. The groups were selected to reflect a cross-section of the local community, including different cultural backgrounds, abilities and disabilities. Our main criterion for selection was that the children should love music!
During the project the children recorded two CDs
of their own compositions, which also included some remixes by A Man Called Adam. They also performed together at Millfield Theatre in a fantastic show alongside professional musicians A Man Called Adam, Dave Okumu, Bosco de Oliveira, Dudley Phillips and Mike Pickering. A DVD was made of this performance.
